At The Sydney Boulevard Hotel, we are committed to providing a peaceful, safe, and enjoyable environment for all our guests. We kindly ask you to observe the following policies during your stay.

Noise & Party Policy

Noise Levels
We ask all guests to keep noise to a minimum to ensure the comfort of others.

• Excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
• All music and elevated noise levels must cease by 8:00pm, unless part of a pre-approved hotel function.
• Failure to comply may result in eviction without refund.

Parties & In-Room Gatherings
The Sydney Boulevard Hotel maintains a strict no party policy.

• Only registered guests are permitted in rooms after 7:00pm.
• Unregistered visitors must vacate guest rooms and may continue their gatherings in public areas such as the bar or restaurant.
• Any form of partying, excessive noise, or exceeding room occupancy limits will result in immediate eviction without refund, without prior warning.

Eviction Policy

While warnings may be given at the discretion of hotel management, The Sydney Boulevard Hotel reserves the right to enforce immediate eviction without refund in cases involving:

• Excessive noise
• Unauthorized parties
• Breach of occupancy limits

Refusal to Vacate

If a guest refuses to comply with an eviction notice:

• Law enforcement may be contacted to assist with removal from the property.
• A ban notice may be issued at the hotel’s discretion for behaviour deemed unacceptable.

Non-Smoking Policy

The Sydney Boulevard Hotel is a 100% non-smoking property, including:

• Smoking/ Vaping/ Use of e-cigarettes
• Burning Incense/ Use of Aerosols
• Hair Treatments/ Steam etc.

This policy applies to all guest rooms, and indoor areas. A resulting Fire Alarm and Fire Department response per government regulations might result in financial penalties.

Fines & Fees

To maintain a safe environment and prevent fire hazards, the following charges apply:

• Smoking Violation: $500 Cleaning fee
  • Additional fire brigade call-out fees if alarms are activated (~$1776, or as governed by NSW Fire Department)
• Smoke Detector Tampering: From $500
  • Additional fire brigade call-out fees if alarms are activated (~$1776, or as governed by NSW Fire Department)

• The Sydney Boulevard Hotel Management reserves the right to refuse access to any patrons if deemed appropriate in line with fire regulations, noise levels and license restrictions. Any items damaged or missing from the room will be charged to the guest’s room account on departure or as a late charge if not reported. If rooms are damaged or left extremely dirty during a stay, additional cleaning fees may apply as required.
• Lost and Found policy: The hotel assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings. If you discover that you have left behind something of value to you, please call us immediately on 0426 660 370 or email HC494-DM@accor.com and we will do our best to assist you.
• Credit Cards payment that are made with The Sydney Boulevard Hotel will incur and additional charge up to 1.5%.
• We retain the right to cancel bookings without refunds for minors travelling without adults, or bookings for minors without legal guardians/ parents present in person. Reach out to us in advance to clarify any doubts regarding ‘Stays for Minors’ or for any other assistance.
